Booking & Payments

- Payment must be made via cheque, demand draft, or approved digital transfer to the developer's designated account only.
- Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Sale Agreement and applicable RERA regulations.
- The developer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion prior to agreement execution.
